The Arts Center Task Force has created the ACTF COVID-19 Artist Relief Fund to provide short-term relief in the form of unrestricted grants to Tri-Cities, Washington artists and organizations who have lost income related to the COVID-19 crisis. Our necessary efforts to flatten the curve of the COVID-19 pandemic by “Sheltering in Place” have had catastrophic effects on artists, arts and culture organizations in our community. It is our responsibility to preserve our cultural resources. 100% of all donations submitted through this fund will go to support local artists and arts groups.

Eligibility and Procedures:

Only artists and organizations who operate in the Tri-Cities, Washington are eligible to apply to apply.

The amount of funds distributed will be determined by the amount of donations received.

Applications will be reviewed by an independent body of individuals not employed or serve on the ACTF board of directors or any other arts non-profit board of directors.

Grant distribution time will be determined by volume of donations and length of review process, but it is ACTF’s goal to distribute the funds as quickly as possible.

Each grant recipient will be required to submit a report documenting how the funds were utilized within 90 days of receiving the funds.
